- All payment should be made only through Account Payee Cheque or Demand Drafts in favour of "B.N.Civitech" payable at jamshedpur only.
- If Booking amount (20% of unit cost) is not paid within 45 days from booking or date mentioned in payment details, then builder has libertyto cancel the booked unit without any prior information.
- In case of cheque bounce, if buyer will not respond within 30 days from the due date, the booked until will be cancelled by builder without any prior information.
- If loan amount is not disbursed by concerned bank within 90 days from the date of booking, booked until will be cancelled by builder without any prior information.
- If booking is cancelled because of non-disbursement of loan amount, booking amount will be refunded to buyer within 30 days after the bank decision.
- No interest will be paid in case of clause no.5.
- In any other case, booking amount is only adjustable not refundable.
